Members Only Section This is an area on the site that only your staff members have access to. Publish church directories, song lists for the choir, monthly expense reports, and any other information that you do not want the public to have access to. Audio Player Every Connected Word website comes with a stylish and easy-to-use audio player so that visitors can hear recent sermons or other recordings. There is a second audio player in the Members Only section so the choir can login to hear and learn upcoming hymns. Photo Gallery All our sites also come standard with a clean, smart looking Flash photo gallery so you can post and share pictures. Unlimited Email Accounts Quickly and easily set up as many of your own email accounts as you and your staff need, using your domain name (e.g. Jane@YourChurch.com). Free Domain Name If you get a new domain name with us, there is no charge. No annual renewal fees, never will be. If you already have a domain name you're happy with, you can maintain your registration with your current registrar (GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc), and we can switch the web hosting to the Connected Word server. Events Calendar Display your schedule with our user- and visitor- friendly Events Calendar. Add new activities to your Events page with a simple interface. It's a great online resource for keeping track of service times, meetings, special events, and ongoing programs. "Join Us" Section A major purpose of your web presence is to attract visitors. An effective set of "Join Us" pages are already laid out for you to help encourage some fresh faces to come in and experience your ministry. Clip art Library We provide you with an abundant library of church-related images (sometimes called "clipart") that you are free to use to enhance the look of your pages. Content Transfer ...........................................................................................................$49 If you have an existing site that has content that is valuable, we can transfer the essential pages of your old site to your new Connected Word site. We will transfer the content (text and images) of up to 10 of your most essential pages to your new site. Some minor reformatting may be necessary to unify the look of your content to your new site's color scheme and style. This does not include photo galleries or audio tracks (for audio upload, please see the 'Upload My Audio' feature), but does include the transfer of up to 20 documents, such as Word documents, PDFs, etc. Guestbook ..................................................................................................................$14 Let your visitors post a comment or message on your Guestbook page. The messages don't go live until you approve of them. An email comes to you to inform you of a new message. Search Engine Optimization ........................................................................................$19 Make your website more visible. Connected Word will work with you to improve your search rankings. We'll create a good “site description” for search engines to read, then make an inventory of all your pages and submit the file to the major search engines. In the management section of your website we will activate a set of informational pages that you can use as a guide on how to promote your site and keep your page rankings high. Upload My Audio ......................................................................................................$39.99 Have a CD, but aren't sure how to make mp3's? Let us take care of it. Send a copy of your CD to our mailing address and we'll convert the tracks into mp3 files and upload the files to your audio player. Then, you can organize your tracks with ease using the audio management page that comes with your site. Pricing for Email Newsletter Trim paper newsletters and postage from your budget. Switch to Email-Newsletters featuring a letterhead derived from the design of your website. Connected Word merges e-newsletter software into your website, so you can login and develop your newsletters online, then send it to your mailing lists.

Starter Templates, Easy Editing We have typical example content already loaded for your first mailing. And as with the website, we give you the same tools to easily edit your newsletter. Subscription You get a sign-up form on your site so visitors may subscribe to your mailing list. The new members are automatically added to your database, and you are informed via email. $5 a Month? Major online newsletter providers such as Constant Contact and MyEmma all charge around $30/mo. We have essentially the same technology, but for a much lower price. Pricing for Business Cards

We'll send you proofs and get your feedback before sending it off to the printer. Quick Turnaround Once we submit your design to the printer, your cards will be in the mail to you in 3 business days. Future prints are equally quick. Pricing for the Church Store Raising money online for your church is incredibly easy and fun with a Church Store. We use a service called CafePress, which can put your design, logo, or pictures on many different types of products, such as shirts, hats, coffee mugs, mouse pads, hanging calendars and much more. 
We Handle Everything We'll set up your CafePress account for you, put your design on dozens of products, and show you how to manage your products, pricing, etc. Store On Your Site We will also integrate your CafePress Store into your website. Your products will now be visible on a Store page on your site. Visitors can click on any item to see a larger view, review all product options, and click on Check Out. Make Money CafePress will mail you a check about every 45 days with proceeds from product sales. |
